Carol Lynne Fisher of Lake Mary, Florida, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away suddenly on Monday, August 22 at the age of 82. She went by her middle name Lynne, and was born on September 25, 1939 in Houston, Texas to Lillian & Leo Von Lintel.
Lynne was very loyal and devoted to her family. She was a very active person. In her earlier years, she liked to bowl frequently in leagues. She loved all kinds of card games and was an avid bridge player, at times going to play in competitions. Lynne was a prolific painter, in particular watercolor, having painted dozens of pictures. Travel was a joy of hers as well, having traveled to numerous locations while her first husband, Ken Anderson, was in the Navy. She very much enjoyed going on cruises as well.
Lynne is survived by her mother, Lillian Von Lintel. Her father, Leo Von Lintel, preceded her in passing. She is also survived by her brother Lon, and his wife Maria. Lon's son Chris, preceded Lynne in passing. Her sister Lauren Heskett, her husband Wayne, their daughters Tracy Heskett Fuller and Katie VanFleet, and grandson Mason Fuller; her sister Lea Ann Scott, her husband Jesse, son Michael Meyer, his wife Carie, daughter Tara Gish and her partner Alex; son Jeffrey Oppliger; daughter Micha Meyer; daughter Cloe Meyer, and grandson Atticus Schuetz; sister Lucia Von Lintel and her partner Marge Wendling.
Lynne is survived by her second husband of 16 years, John Fisher. Her first husband, Ken Anderson, preceded her in passing. From her marriage to Ken, she is survived by her son, Jeff Anderson, his wife Brenda, their children: Matthew and Krista, and grandson Riker Mangus; daughter Rhonda LaBerge, her husband Paul, and daughter Jessica Schwarz; daughter Dana Kelly, her husband Brian, and son Conor.
From her marriage to John, she is survived by daughter Sherril VandePutte, her husband Frank, their daughters: Lucy Sternburgh and Laurel Connolly, and granddaughter Sydney Connolly; daughter Robin Culbertson, her husband Greg, their sons: Kyle and Grant, and granddaughters: Elli Culberston and Reagan Culbertson; daughter Amy Draeger, her husband Marty, their sons: Kole and Alex.
A memorial service and mass will be held on Saturday, September 10 at 10:00 AM at St Joseph Catholic Church in Oakley, Kansas, with Fr. Luke Thielan officiating. Inurnment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
