Sabina "Toby" Ostmeyer, age 94, of Hays, (formerly of Oakley) died Sunday, August 16, 2015 at the Hays Medical Center. She was born August 25, 1920 to Michael and Margaret (Braun) Graf in St. Peter. She lived with her family on a farm near Quinter until 1932, when they moved to Oakley. She married Robert J. "Bob" Ostmeyer on June 3, 1941 in Grinnell. Toby was a homemaker who loved being with her family, playing bridge and collecting and selling antiques.

She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church and St. Ann's Altar Society of Angelus, St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Oakley, and Hays, and Daughters of Isabella of Angelus. Toby was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Toby was preceded in death by her husband Bob, her daughter Janet Egbert, sons-in-law: George Wolf and Cliff Tillett, brothers: Bonnie Graf and wife Katie, Adolf Graf and wife Zoella, and Robert Graf and wife Lorrie; and sister Liddy Schoenfeld and husband Adam.

Survivors include her sons: Ralph (Kay) of Grinnell, Mike (Charlene) of Oakley, Randy (Judy) of Oberlin, Bob (Annette) of Ozawkie, Bill (Lesa) of Topeka, and Gary (Cheryl) of Oakley, her daughters: Carole Wolf of Hays and Connie Tillett of Augusta; and 28 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:30 a.m., Friday, August 21, 2015 at St. Paul's Catholic Church, Angelus with Fr. Peter O'Donnell officiating. Interment will follow at St. Paul's Cemetery. Visitation: 5:00 to 9:00p.m., Thursday at Kennedy-Koster Funeral Home, Oakley with a vigil service at 7:30 p.m.
